For professionals who serve families

The families you serve already trust you.
Help them leave things in order.

"Be kind to the people you'll leave behind."

You have seen how this ends

A parent dies. The family sits down to sort it out and finds nothing written down — no list of accounts, no insurance policy, no idea where the will is or whether one exists. What should take a week takes a year, and it happens while they are grieving.

You are often the person they call. You can draft the documents, manage the money, or care for them at the end of life — but you cannot make a family write down where things are.

Cedar Vault is where they write it down. One secure place for wills, policies, accounts, final wishes, and the ordinary details nobody thinks to record until it is too late — organized so the people left behind can actually find them.

Who we partner with

If your work puts you in the room when families plan for the end of life, we would like to talk.

Estate Planning Attorneys

Your clients leave with a signed will and a folder. Cedar Vault is where the rest of it lives — the accounts, passwords, policies, and wishes that never make it into the documents.

Financial Advisors & Wealth Managers

You already know the balance sheet. Give the family the other half: a place to record what you cannot hold for them, so the transition does not begin with a search.

Senior Living, Home Care & Hospice

Families in your care are making these decisions right now, often under real time pressure. Cedar Vault gives them somewhere to put the answers while someone is still able to give them.

Churches & Senior Ministries

Caring for widows and older members is practical work as much as spiritual work. This is a tool your ministry can put directly into a family's hands.

Funeral homes, elder law practices, fiduciaries, and professional organizers fit the same way. If you are not sure whether your work qualifies, ask us.

How the partnership works

Deliberately simple. There is no platform to adopt and no agreement to negotiate.

  1. 1

    We talk

A short conversation about the families you serve and where Cedar Vault would actually help them. If it is not a fit, we will say so.

  2. 2

You get a 10% discount code to pass along

Your own named code, giving the families you send us 10% off for as long as they stay with Cedar Vault — $10.79 a month or $89.10 a year. Not an introductory rate that quietly goes up in year two.

  3. 3

You recommend us when it fits

No quotas, no reporting, no exclusivity. Mention it when a family needs it and not when they don't.

What we will never do: contact your clients on our own, use your name in our marketing without asking you first, or ask you to hand over a list of the families you serve. Your relationships are yours. We are not buying access to them.

Why you can put your name next to ours

Recommending a product puts your reputation behind it. Here is exactly what you would be standing behind.

Cedar Vault was built by someone already inside the problem it solves — watching people he loves approach the end of their lives without writing anything down.
